Looking for land.

We have finally settled on two pieces of land that we are going to go look at as soon as the snow clears up some.  Just finding a piece of land that fits our picky requirements has been a process.  All we really wanted was a lot of land for cheap that wasn't landlocked or in a flood zone.  I have also done a lot of research on the towns and trying to find out about the building permit process in the towns we want to build in.  We did lose a couple properties to that process.  Either way the snow should melt soon (they are having temperatures in the 50s) and we will hopefully be a step closer.
